We’re kicking off Webinar Wednesday, OCHAR’s new virtual education series designed to bring valuable industry insights directly to your screen!

Join us for a focused conversation with OCHAR member and appraiser Vic Knight of Chapel Hill Appraisals about the upcoming mandated changes from Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac that will impact residential appraisals when buyers are purchasing a home with a mortgage loan.

This change will eliminate the existing residential appraisal forms and require licensed and certified appraisers to use the NEW Dynamic UAD 3.6 Form.

So, what does this mean for REALTORS®? While you don't need to become an appraisal expert, having a general understanding of this change will help you better understand the appraisal process and be prepared for conversations with your buyers, sellers, lenders, and appraisers.

Vic will provide a background explanation of UAD 3.6, discuss what is changing and why it matters, and give attendees an opportunity to ask questions and participate in the conversation.
