Instructions

Affiliate members of the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS® (OCHAR) are individuals, while not engaged in the real estate profession, work closely with REALTORS® to enrich client services and build lasting business relationships.

Affiliate members may attend and participate in OCHAR events and committee meetings, but do not have voting rights and cannot hold elective office.

They may not use the REALTOR® “R” symbol. Benefits of membership include:

• Networking with REALTORS® through monthly socials, committee meetings, and other events at no additional costs

• Keeping abreast of current industry trends, legislative developments and important issues through Top5 bulletin.

• Hearing outstanding speakers at workshops, seminars, and member meetings.

• Taking advantage of advertising and sponsorship opportunities for association events

• Working with REALTORS® to enhance the quality of life in our communities
