Thank you for your interest in the NC Regional MLS service. PLEASE NOTE: that your BIC (Designated Agent) must be an OCHAR member (either primary or secondary) and already active (thru OCHAR) within NCRMLS to join.

PLEASE NOTE WHICH ONE YOU ARE:

New FIRMS set up fee: $1,500 one time set up fee and BIC (Designated Agent) $90 quarterly fee for NCRMLS.

MLS is for agents that ARE ACTIVE MEMBERS (either primary or secondary) with OCHAR: $360 annually ($90 quarterly)

MLS ONLY is for agents who are non-members and do not wish to join OCHAR: $720 annually ($180 quarterly)

MLS Admin is for administrative personnel within active firms.
