Born and raised in western North Carolina, Alan moved to Chapel Hill in 1983 as an undergraduate student and has lived in each of the three major cities that comprise the Triangle.  As a North Carolina native, Alan has an intimate knowledge of the area and loves to help his residential clients navigate one of life’s threshold events.  His strong desire is to make his home, your home.

Presently, he and his husband are fortunate to call Chapel Hill and Orange County home.  In his down time, he enjoys playing pickleball, visiting local farms and farmers’ markets, travel, volunteer work, and cooking for family and friends.
