Hey y’all, I’m Jarod Clyburn, owner and home inspector at Honest House Inspections LLC. I’m a country boy who believes that when you give somebody your word, you keep it—and when you do a job, you do it right.

I started Honest House Inspections because I wanted to provide people with something I believe is important in this business: an honest opinion from somebody who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Buying a home is a big deal, and I believe every buyer deserves to know what they’re getting into before they sign on the dotted line.

When I inspect a home, I’m going to take my time, look at the details, and tell you what I find. I’m not there to scare anybody or make a small problem sound like the end of the world. My job is to explain things the way I would explain them to my own family—straightforward, honest, and in plain English.

I also believe in using the right tools for the job. Along with a thorough visual inspection, I use modern technology such as infrared to help identify conditions that may not be visible to the naked eye.

I know REALTORS® have a lot on their plate, so I strive to be the kind of inspector you can count on—professional, dependable, easy to communicate with, and respectful of your clients and the transaction.

At the end of the day, I’m just a hardworking country boy trying to build a good business, take care of people, and leave every home knowing I gave it my best.

Honest House Inspections LLC provides professional home inspections, radon testing, and specialized property evaluation services for home buyers, sellers, homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals.

In addition to thorough home inspections and radon testing, we partner with Noble Engineering to provide specialized engineering evaluations, including engineered foundation evaluations with repair plans, broken or damaged truss evaluations, and HUD/VA certification evaluations. We also offer cost segregation services for qualifying investment properties.
