NC REALTORS contracted with Bowen National Research to conduct an extensive housing study of the Carolina Core. The Carolina Core is a 150+ mile swath of central North Carolina, anchored by Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Fayetteville. The area has emerged as the state’s next economic engine, driven by billions of dollars of recent investments from innovative companies worldwide. We are excited to announce the completion of this important project and invite you to join us for a Housing Summit at High Point University on September 27th to discuss the findings. Patrick Bowen, from Bowen National Research, will walk us through the study and discuss how we can improve access to housing in this fast growing region. This event is free and lunch will be provided.
