🗓 Part 1: Symposium & Simulation Kickoff

April 16, 2026 @ 79 West in Pittsboro

• Panel Discussion: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Lunch: 12:30 – 1:00 PM
• Fairhaven Simulation (Part 1): 1:05 PM – 3:00 PM

We’ll kick off the day with a dynamic panel of industry experts sharing real-world insight on fair housing practices, challenges, and accountability in today’s market. After lunch, participants will begin the Fairhaven Simulation, an interactive learning experience that puts you in the role of a consumer navigating the homebuying process - revealing how bias and systemic barriers can impact outcomes.

We’ll reconvene to complete the Fairhaven Simulation and come together for a guided discussion on key takeaways, reflections, and how to apply what you’ve learned in your business.

We’ll wrap up the experience at Hops & Berry with appetizers and drinks - because meaningful conversations don’t stop when the session ends.
