OCHAR and the Durham Regional Association of Realtors® has partnered with the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties to host the Realtor® New Home Expo Happy Hour! This event will be held on Tuesday, February 18 from 4:30-6:30pm at the Sheraton Chapel Hill. Registration is FREE until February 4th, 2025. After that $10 per person and includes food and two beverages, plus a change to win some great door prizes! A portion of the registration fees will support the NC Realtors® Relief Foundation.
