This 1-hour training session is intended for commercial brokers who want a more practical way to evaluate unimproved land, including those who primarily work in commercial improved real estate. Participants will leave better able to identify the characteristics that drive a parcel’s value, assess its potential uses and limitations, and provide pricing recommendations with less emphasis on comparable sales.
