I began my real estate career in 2013 and have watched the market ebb and flow while helping hundreds of buyers and sellers complete the biggest transactions of their lives. My clients would say that I am down-to-earth, honest, data-driven, and detail-oriented. I aim to serve my clients in a way that minimizes stress and maximizes their understanding of the market and processes, and we tend to have some fun, too! I work mainly in Chapel Hill and Durham, and wherever my referrals take me. When you work with me, I'll be your sole contact for each step of the process. I have built my business on personal service and repeat business, and I would be honored to represent you as a buyer or seller.

My husband and I have lived in Chapel Hill for 23 years. Our older son and daughter-in-law live and work in Charlotte, and our younger son just graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia. In our free time we enjoy live music (Billy Strings! Grateful Dead cover bands!), time at our beach cabin with our dog Beasley, and family travel.
