About

“Giselle helped us find a beautiful, economical and brand-new home in a great neighborhood in Durham. She is very detail-oriented and mindful of clients’ preferences. She was our advocate, guide and representative throughout the entire process, from house-hunting to final closing and beyond. I highly recommend Giselle!” — Hiba Z.

Before the real estate bug bit her, Giselle’s professional pursuits were in the realm of international public health research. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Columbia University and her Master of Public Health at Boston University, Giselle conducted research and program planning with teams at Columbia, Johns Hopkins and Harvard Universities.

Giselle’s research and planning skill set enables her to smoothly and systematically manage real estate transactions for buyers and sellers alike. Her eye for detail and her commitment to helping people succeed enable her to be a passionate, steadfast advocate from contract to closing.

Other than real estate and public health, Giselle loves travel. Raised in Los Angeles by Nicaraguan travel agents, Giselle has spent a lot of time on airplanes and has traveled as far abroad as Nicaragua, South Korea, Kenya and Dubai. She and her husband, Aaron, a resident psychiatrist at Duke University Hospital, are currently planning their dream road trip between Barcelona and Rome.
