About
I came to this area for my undergraduate and graduate studies at UNC, and I realized I had found my forever home. When my family settled in our current home, I truly felt that we had created a retreat that we could come home to daily, a respite from the world. Helping others find their own personal retreat — or move on to the next one — has fueled my work for the past ten years on behalf of over 200 buyers and sellers.
Along with my husband, who works for North Carolina Sea Grant as the editor for Coastwatch magazine, and our two wonderful children, I have greatly enjoyed living in this incredible area. As a previous high school counselor and substitute teacher in the Chapel Hill City Schools, I have developed extensive knowledge of the school system and family-friendly networks. As a formerly-licensed Veterinary Nurse, prior Wildlife Rehabilitator, and current Wildlife Relocator, I have worked with various agencies over the years to rescue, rehab, and relocate a variety of animals — including cats, birds, cottontail rabbits, and, most currently, snakes. I also am involved with various dance and movement groups, paddle boarding groups, and a few fungi forums. I strongly believe that it’s important to create space for what nourishes you, so when I am not helping my clients, you can usually find me in the woods, carving new trails with my dog and dabbling in wildlife photography.
Serving as someone’s real estate agent is a position of trust. When you and I work together, I will always work for your best interests above all else, providing comprehensive service, grounded in ethics and integrity. I offer responsive and well-informed help every step of the way. I want our work together to exceed your expectations.
I also believe in serving clients for life and appreciate and look forward to a long-term relationship with you. Come see me at our Chapel Hill office!
