Rose Farrales hails from Virginia Beach, VA, a small military town where her father served as a lieutenant in the Navy. After graduating from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, she set her sights on New York City where she worked on The Late Show with David Letterman. Rose’s relentless work ethic served her well in the entertainment industry, where attention to detail isn’t just an attribute, it’s the default setting. Her involvement on shows like Trading Spaces and The Late Show eventually led her to Comcast NBC Universal, where she went from being behind the scenes to behind the business, spearheading partnerships with artists like Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

Rose initially moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with Chapel Hill. Relocating from the Mid-Atlantic states, she took several trips to scout neighborhoods and manage her new-construction build, all while selling her home just outside of Philadelphia. Rose was able to leverage her experience negotiating contracts with the likes of HBO Max and Netflix to negotiate her way into her next dream home. Along the way, she expertly juggled the sale of her family’s home up north in a fast-paced and fluid market while navigating the myriad of pitfalls inherent in purchasing new-construction. That experience sparked Rose’s interest in helping people navigate the often overwhelming task of purchasing and/or selling a home, remotely or otherwise. That initial spark quickly ignited into a flame after she and her husband opened Beacon Mixed Martial Arts in Chapel Hill, where Rose met many of her then-future Bold Real Estate colleagues.
