Born and raised on a small farm in Colorado, I learned the value of hard work and commitment from an early age—principles that have carried me through every aspect of life. With an old-school work ethic and a passion for helping others, I’ve been married for 42 years, and together with my wife, we’ve raised two wonderful children. I’ve always been a lover of (most) sports, with a soft spot for the Denver Broncos, and enjoy hobbies like golf and woodworking (and kind of a NASCAR Super-fan).

Professionally, I spent 30 years running fast food restaurants as a Director of Operations, where I honed my skills in real estate and construction. Now, I’ve taken that knowledge and experience to build my own Renovations company and real estate firm, **Custom Home Realty & Renovations NC LLC**.

At Custom Home Realty, we offer 360-degree real estate services—everything from sales and investments to renovations. My goal is to help you not only make a profitable sale, but also turn your next house into YOUR version of "home." We also offer Full Property Management Services for a completely “hands free” investment process.
