Vickie McDaniel has owned Gates Management & Realty since 1994, first in property management only.  The company now markets in the areas of Property Management of residential/commercial property as well as the Sales of land, residential, commercial property and we also work as a buyer's agent.  We have a few employees and several sales agents on staff to serve all your needs.  

Vickie has twice been on the board of OCHAR.  First in 2005 for a short time and then she served 6 years on the association as a Director (2013 - 2018), two 3 year terms.  She is also quite involved in her community as she serves as a Commissioner for the historic Burwell School in Hillsborough, a book study leader of a group of women at NCCIW for about 4 years, heads a group of women for over 12 years called Inspiration & Perspiration that meets Monday nights to expand the mind and exercise the body. Additionally, she writes some articles for the Heart of Hillsborough magazine.  Vickie loves color and has been inspiring people with design assistance since 1989 and has a wonderful garden of flowers which she loves to cut and share.
